1) What is this journal all about?
It's all about music! What else? XD This account is specifically for music uploads and to help me keep track of my ever-growing discography. :)

2) Who is behind fromthejukebox?
Me, Maia! You may also know me as _defyingtheodds in some places. I also keep a separate graphics LJ and fic LJ (yeah, I'm horribly OC and tend to segregate slices of my life that way).

3) Can I friend this journal?
Absolutely! I welcome the friending, especially if you need updates and/or music recs.

4) Can I rec some music to you?
Please do so! :) If I like it, I'll most likely add it to my playlist and upload files to share with everybody else and also give you a shout out for steering me in that artist's/band's direction. ^_^

5) What about videos?
Depending on availability or how much I like a particular tour DVD or if it's an extra behind-the-scenes DVD that comes with the album, I'll upload and share it. :)

6) What won't you allow?
Obviously no stealing! XD No, really. Whatever links I post up here are directly from CDs or DVDs I have that I ripped. And it's also hell to upload the files, so please don't post the links elsewhere and claim them as yours. As much as possible, link back to this journal, kthx.

7) Are there any specific genres you upload or don't upload?
I consider myself an audiophile and I'm generally open to a lot of different genres and languages but after listening to albums, I sift out the ones that stay memorable to me on a certain level. You may or may not agree with the stuff I have here. I only ask you not be unkind and spam this journal with hate comments just because I didn't upload stuff from your OMGFAVORITEBAND. :P

8) Why haven't you friended me?
As with my rules on my other public journals, I don't friend back. Besides, there's nothing personal that will be posted in this journal, so if you really want to know more about me, just go straight to my personal journal and leave a comment. XD

9) What if some of the links to your uploads are dead?
Simple. Just let me know by way of comment in the post and I'll re-upload the files. :)

10) What about affiliating?
Affiliates are most welcome. Just leave a comment in any post and I'll add you to the list. ^__^
